1. About These Terms

This website is operated by Click Meta Mart Trading, trading as Click Meta Mart, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to this business.
These Terms govern your use of our website and purchases from us. Please read them together with our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, which explain our delivery, returns, and personal-data practices.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms made available to you before checkout. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Eligibility and Website Use

To place an order, you must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract under the laws applicable to you and be authorised to use the payment method provided.
You must not use our website for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment, infringement of another person’s rights, or interference with our systems. This includes uploading malicious code, attempting unauthorised access, or improperly collecting other users’ personal information.

3. Accounts and Customer Information

Please provide accurate and complete contact, billing, and delivery information and keep your account details current.
If you create an account, keep your login details secure and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We will review reported account misuse rather than automatically treating every action through your account as authorised by you.
Do not send full payment-card details, passwords, or security codes by email or through customer-support messages.

4. Products and Descriptions

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, and availability information. Screen settings and lighting may affect how colours appear, but this does not excuse supplying a materially different product.
Check the selected size, model, compatibility, electrical requirements, and other relevant specifications before ordering. Contact us if information you need is missing or unclear.
Products may be fulfilled through international partners. Click Meta Mart remains your point of contact for purchases made on our website, including delivery problems, returns, and refunds.
Follow the manufacturer’s instructions and safety warnings. Nothing in these Terms removes our obligations concerning product safety, accurate descriptions, or legally required guarantees.

5. Prices Payments and Import Charges

The applicable currency, product price, shipping charges, and taxes collected by us are shown at checkout before payment. Review the final total before submitting your order.
Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. We will not increase the price of an existing order without your agreement.
Payments must be made through the methods offered at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion or transaction charges.
Unless expressly stated as included at checkout, import duties, import taxes, and carrier customs-clearance fees are not included and may be payable by the recipient. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details, or contact us before ordering if you need clarification.

6. Orders Availability and Errors

An order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. If we cannot fulfill it, we will contact you promptly and explain the available options.
We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, such as unavailable stock, failed payment, reasonable evidence of fraud, a legal restriction, an unsupported delivery destination, or a material listing error, subject to applicable law.
If a pricing or description error affects your order, we will explain it and, where appropriate, offer you the choice to proceed on corrected terms or cancel for a refund. We will not charge an additional amount or substitute a product without your agreement.
If we cancel paid items, we will promptly refund those items and their associated shipping charges. Any remaining items will be handled according to your order and applicable rights.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Processing periods, supported destinations, delivery estimates, tracking, and shipping charges are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy and any order-specific information provided before payment.
Delivery estimates may be affected by customs procedures, public holidays, or carrier disruptions. These circumstances do not remove our responsibility to address delayed, lost, or undelivered orders.
If we cannot dispatch within the stated period, we will notify you and provide the delay-consent or cancellation and refund options required by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and applicable law.
Some orders may arrive in separate shipments. Contact us directly if an item is missing or delivery appears incorrect.

8. Changes Cancellations Returns and Refunds

Contact support@clickmetamart.com as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Include your order number.
Changes depend on fulfillment progress. Cancellations can be made before dispatch. Once dispatched, we cannot normally stop or change a shipment, but your return and refund rights still apply.
Our Return & Refund Policy explains eligibility, the request process, return instructions, applicable costs, and refund arrangements. Please contact us for instructions before returning an item so we can identify the correct return destination.
Supplier or fulfillment-partner procedures do not override your rights against Click Meta Mart under applicable consumer law. We do not make legally required refunds dependent on first receiving reimbursement from a supplier.

9. Reviews and Customer Content

You retain ownership of reviews, photos, and other content you submit. For content you choose to post publicly on our website, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to host, display, and technically format it for that purpose.
We will seek separate permission before using your photos or private messages in advertising. Customer-service correspondence is not automatically treated as public content.
Reviews should reflect an honest experience. We may remove spam, unlawful material, privacy violations, or content that infringes others’ rights. We do not remove reviews merely because they are negative or penalise customers for honest criticism.

10. Intellectual Property

Website text, branding, graphics, and other materials are owned by Click Meta Mart or used with permission, except where otherwise identified.
You may use the website for personal shopping and keep copies of information relating to your orders. You must not commercially reproduce or exploit protected material without permission, except where the law allows it.

11. External Websites and Service Providers

Our website may link to independent websites or use services provided by payment processors, carriers, and other partners.
Separate terms and privacy notices may apply when you use an independent service. We do not control unrelated websites or purchases you make directly from them. However, using a service provider to fulfill your Click Meta Mart order does not remove our obligations to you.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information and how you can exercise applicable privacy rights.
Any optional marketing consent is separate from accepting these Terms. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications without affecting necessary order or service messages.

13. Website Availability and Liability

We aim to keep our website available and accurate, but access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, technical faults, or events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Statutory product guarantees and consumer remedies remain unaffected.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the purchase contract was made, or for business losses arising from products bought for personal use. This does not limit any remedy you are legally entitled to receive.

14. Restricting Website Access

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, unlawful activity, security threats, or a serious breach of these Terms. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the reason and how to contact us about it.
Suspending an account does not remove your rights relating to existing orders, refunds, or complaints. We will fulfill or appropriately cancel and refund outstanding orders as required.

15. Governing Law and Complaints

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.
This clause does not prevent you from using courts, tribunals, regulators, or other remedies available to you under applicable law.
If you have a complaint, contact support@clickmetamart.com with your order number and a description of the issue so we can investigate. Contacting us first is not a condition for exercising rights available to you by law.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and will display the revised date on this page. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent to material changes.
Updates apply prospectively. The terms provided when you placed your order continue to apply to that purchase unless a change is required by law or you expressly agree otherwise.

17. Interpreting These Terms

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.
Specific order information agreed before payment takes precedence over inconsistent general wording. Nothing in these Terms overrides binding product descriptions, express promises, or mandatory consumer rights.
